I work with Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), and Perplexity. During our first session, I help you choose the tool that fits your work style and goals. I don't sell any particular tool — I teach you to use whichever one works best for your situation.

Every session follows a three-phase structure: (1) Tool Selection — we identify the right AI tool for your work, (2) Prompting Framework — I teach you a structured method for writing prompts that get useful results, and (3) Real Work — we work through an actual task from your job using AI. You leave with something tangible, not just notes.

All sessions are conducted via Zoom by default. If you're in the Hagerstown or Frederick, Maryland area, I can arrange in-person sessions at your office or a meeting space. Just mention your preference when booking.

Yes, within the first 30 minutes of your session. If you're not feeling it after 30 minutes, I'll refund you in full. Beyond that point, the session continues as booked. I'm confident enough in the value that I offer that window — if it's not clicking by then, fair enough.
